Proud Parents and a Prima Ballerina
Thanks for the flowers Grandparents!

This is what she did the entire dance...but she did it oh so well!

A job well done!

Abby's First Ballet Recital...

So first facebook...and now a blog. I was so resistant and then my resistance slowly crumbled. I was almost becoming a social paraiah for my lack of facebook and blog. It was almost like I was riding around in my buggy, being driven by my faithful horse Nan, with my hoop skirt blowing in the breeze.

I have known for a while that bloggers are having better a better life than I am. I lurk on my friends' blogs and see grand vacations, moments of domestic bliss, goals charted and made...I wanted to be one of the many who had a dandy enough life that people would want to read about it. Well, I don't. And I'm not going to. I am OK with mediocrity. I will cover the uncharted territories of blogs. I can celebrate that I remembered to get the recycling out. I will post about that oil change! I will turn Chinese food take out Fridays into a black tie affair on my blog!!

Special thank you to Miss Sarah G. for pushing me over the edge. She told me I can apparently turn my blog into a book using a site called blurb. I checked it out and I once again find Sarah to be the most indispensable of friends. This book deal gets rid of the need to scrapbook and write in a journal. Hopefully this venture kills my Mormon guilt....
